Mr. Frankie Lui has founded Atelier Global Limited in 2007. In these 20 years, he has endeavored to explore the artistic realm of architecture. His trendy yet innovative approach on design has given him various highly-recognized international awards – including International Design Awards Gold Prize, A ‘Design Award Platinum Prize, Hong Kong Institute of Architect Annual Awards Grand Prize, etc. Dedicated to research and reflect the contemporary architectural design, Mr. Lui has participated in internationally prestigious events – including 2019 London Festival of Architecture, 2018 La Biennale di Venezia, Bi-City Biennale of UrbanismArchitecture, 2018 Good Design Award (Japan) and Common Room & Co. (HK) joint exhibitor（Top 10 Designers in HK. In these years, Mr. Lui has led the team to accomplish numerous projects in both domestic and overseas markets. Commercial and Residential
Located at the border between the old and new towns, Jiangxi Fuzhou Show Time Square has the concept of Central City, Central Avenue, which is a complex of commercial and residential architecture. It aims to be a complex of amusement and leisure while being a center of commerce. The round central plaza and the outdoor commercial mall create three-dimensional layers in the central avenue, which provides a vivid experience of spending. The residential towers surrounding the landscape creates a vibrant facade of the city and extended the urban skyline.

Run Science Park utilized surrounding resources of Guangzhou Science City – a center for high-tech industries – to create a central business district with "smart architecture", which will bring along "smart life", "smart factory", and "smart city". To differentiate from traditional industrial parks with low connectivity – and to fulfill future requirements – it will have three distinctive functions; space for various exhibitions, office, and flexible usages.
