Mike (Wong Ka Wai) has worked for multiple transnational 4As advertising agencies, including Ogilvy & Mather, Leo Burnett, and J. Walter Thompson, and has overseen accounts of internationally and locally renowned brands such as SONY, Nike, HSBC, Hang Seng Bank, and Just Gold, creating advertising and design projects for the brands. She has planned and executed major marketing projects, television commercials and print ads, and has given design directions and brand building for the new products of her clients. In 2010, Mike collaborated with another senior creative Tryde Leung to establish LLAB Design Ltd, aiming to provide meticulous advertising and design services tailor made to fulfill their clients' needs. Company's clients including Hong Kong Exchange and Clearance, Maxim's Group, Sun Hung Kai Properties, New World Development, Hennessy, and Kelly Services HK, etc. Apart from being aesthetically beautiful, Mike Wong's creations and designs are pursuing a sense of empathy and logic. She believes problems leads to inspirations, and recognizes that the clearer where the problem is, the bigger room for creativity and expression.
