In addition to furniture, James designs luggage and bags for Switch Designs, LLC, which he founded in 2016 to bring innovation and style to bags for the outdoors. James holds a design patent for a ski boot bag with a unique, transformational design, that was named the #1 best ski pack of 2018 by Freeskier Magazine. Its airy, sculptural frame is designed to be proudly displayed in a bedroom or walk-in closet, while its numerous slim shelves encourage single-layer garment organization.
