Shingo Furusho Runs a design and branding company specializing in food in Kyushu Born in 1977 in Kumamoto Prefecture, Furusho opened a cafe in his 20s and has been involved in the restaurant business and agriculture for over 10 years. After a physical breakdown, he decided to devote himself to design work, which he had been doing concurrently, and became independent in 2008 and established PREO Corporation in 2013. 2020 COVID-19 spread and the food industry became exhausted, he turned to a food design firm to support the food industry. The company's main business is to provide a wide range of products and services to the public. Fruits Package
Yukidoke Mitsu is a brand of high-sugar strawberries. It is produced in Mizukami Village, Kumamoto Prefecture, located on an island called Kyushu, which is at the southern tip of Japan. These strawberries are harvested as the snow melts in Mizukami Village, a high altitude village where the headwaters of the Kuma River, the largest river in Kumamoto Prefecture, are located. The package design expresses the concept with a strawberry design in red foil stamped on a box covered with pure white paper.

Package design for cheese tart with honey. The yellow border pattern is printed all over, and the handwritten logo adds impact. The use of kraft paper material gives consumers an easy and casual impression, and the hexagonal cardboard box, which resembles a beehive, visually expresses the concept of honey. In order to get the target audience to purchase the product from among the countless sweets available, it had to meet the requirements of being impactful, casual, and photogenic.
