James Bury was born in 1987 in Osaka Japan. After spending 2 years learning design and craft in Canada, graduated Tama Art University Product Design Department in Tokyo Japan. After gaining professional experience at design firm Hers Design Inc., joined Home Appliance Company TOTO Ltd. in 2015. He has collaborated with various clients such as Samsung, Nikon, Sharp, Coway, Midea, Philips and Aprica. He aims for a sophisticated, stress-free living culture using a wide range of design fields such as Product, Graphic and Interior design.

The interest in design started from childhood with construction with disposable materials and painting and Lego, which was accompanied by creativity and design thinking. In my teenage years, I made games and 3D design art. Creativity and the idea of friendship made me study industrial design. During my academic studies, I collaborated with Iranian companies in the world of design such as Rodis, Form, Cham and PKP. So far, I have won many world titles in design competitions. And now I am a master’s student in design at the University of Art. I am always available to improve my skills and create new things through collaboration.

Refusing to settle in one place, he drew his own unique path. His ability to create figures from scratch using his wide imagination opened several doors. Inspired by his own background, El Kady envisions sculpturing image everywhere he is, leading him to a career as a Visual Merchandiser and Interior stylist.
