Second career was product development and product design at Log Home building company for 8 years, and lived in Vancouver of Canada 3 years at that time. During construction business career total more than 13 years, learned about building material a lot. Established Material World in 2006 that is building material selling company in Japan. Many of selling products are very unique and special item because not selling regular item, but selling original producing items. Not only product design, but also packaging design, product name, brochure design, lighting done by own. Loves recycled material, natural products, and brand new ideas.

Jesvin Yeo, who trained at Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design in London, is a multidisciplinary designer who explores natures and consequences of historical and contemporary cultural changes, in particular areas related to Asian Material Culture and Heritage Studies. Of her core art and design interests, are the confluences of cultural elements, cultural identities and tradition, and their interface with emerging elements of the modern contemporary world. Jesvin founded Designing Cultures Studio which produced award-winning works that have been featured in international design publications including Wallpaper*, HOW Magazine, Communication Arts, PRINT and Applied Arts, as well as exhibited at galleries and museums in Berlin, London, Washington D.C, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Taipei and Beijing. Among 55 international design awards she received are the prestigious Red Dot Award (Communication Design), German Design Award, GOOD DESIGN™ Award and iF Communication Design Award.

While he was studying at the university, he was working as well. He could establish his studio that is equipped for design services and building prototypes in Isfahan. He believes that people's social behaviors are affected by their environment therefore besides the aesthetics he cares about the audience's sense. He is inspired by natural forms and according to his perspective nature forms have the best connection with audiences and these types of forms are infinite. His honors include three national design awards.
