Shin Han Nam Architects & Engineers is an architectural design firm that has specialized in systematizing the most economical and optimized methods of selecting materials for a wide range of architectural projects, including plants, educational facilities, hospital facilities, and residential buildings, over the past 24 years. With our extensive experience, we have been able to participate in overseas projects not only in South Korea but also in countries such as the United States, China, Cuba, Iraq, and Bangladesh. Through our 10 years of experience in overseas projects, we have come to understand the challenges that small and medium-sized enterprises face when venturing into international construction projects. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic having done her designs studies in Milano Italy, Rosadela Serulle started design studio in 2005, her designs are a mixture of tropical and eclectic design, that translates on to any project. As a designer she completely thinks out of the box, to her, clients are the number one priority, their comfort and the importance that they can identify themselves through design. Currently she is described as a designer who melts styles together, conforming a magical space full of artistic elements the client can always enjoy. The importance of choosing less abrasive materials towards the environment is a way she can contribute to society. Even though she has a trademark to each creation, all of the designs are different. She describes that her most important objective is to design a home where all spaces are enjoyable and used, excluding her from those designers that choose to create a museum like residence.

Shujian You is an accomplished architectural designer with extensive experience in institutional, cultural, and visitor attraction projects. Currently a lead architectural designer at Grimshaw, he has played a pivotal role in major international developments, contributing to master planning, façade design, and industrial design while integrating sustainability and innovation into architectural solutions. His work extends beyond architecture into installation and industrial design where he has led notable prototype projects including one selected to represent Grimshaw Architects at the 2023 Royal Academy Summer Exhibition. Prior to Grimshaw, he gained experience at NBBJ and David Chipperfield Architects, working on commercial, cultural, and public developments across different regions. Shujian has received international recognition, including 1st Place at the 2A Continental Architectural Awards 2023 and multiple accolades from Buildner and YAC competitions. He holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Architecture from Zhejiang University. An Architectural Society of China member, LEED Accredited Professional and Associate AIA member, he remains committed to advancing architectural discourse through practice, research, and jury participation.

Tiger Pan, renowned designer and founder of Tiger Pan Design Lab, currently serves as the Jury President for D&AD 2024 in Packaging Design. He is also a contracted artist for the United Nations Postal Administration (UNPA), a collaborative artist with the United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS), a partner artist with the Liechtenstein Postal Service, and a co-branded artist with BVLGARI. Additionally, he holds the role of Vice Chairman of the Shenzhen Illustration Association and serves as a guest professor at 18 prestigious design academies across China. Over the past 28 years, Tiger Pan has been deeply engaged in product and packaging design research and practice.
